We are a small location management team with a carefully selected portfolio of diverse properties in and around Hackney & Islington.
Uniquely placed to support you in securing great spaces for any type of project. From independent budget films to large production TV/film shoots or from individual photoshoots to big brand product launches, your creative vision will come to life in our properties.
Our exceptional service can include catering, additional space, even special arrangements with the neighbours and sometimes parking, ensuring you have the most up to date information on local infrastructure. We have a real eye for detail on operations so just ask us for anything you need.

Because we’re not about multiple sites with reference numbers, we can offer a small, bespoke and well-curated selection of unique and interesting locations. We know our properties inside and out and have close relationships with the owners.
We have keys to most of our registered properties in our small geographical area. No matter what time or day of the week, we are on call. Whenever you need to, you can view the location . As most of our properties are close to each other, you can use multiple locations with just one point of contact.
